Eligibility
- Open to 18 years old and above
- Not exceeding the retirement age at maturity of the financing
- Brunei citizen and permanent residents
- Employees of Brunei Government and selected Private sectors
Term
- Max 25 years
Financing Amount
- Max $500,000
Basic Documentation Requirement
- A completed Property Financing Application form
- Valid Identification Card
- Original copy of applicant’s latest three (3) months’ salary slips
- Employment confirmation letter
- Bank statements for the last 3 months (if applicable)
- Latest certificate of balance and/or latest clearance letter (if applicable)
- Details of Property (original copy of land title/approved house plan)
- Assign salary to TAIB
