- Age 18 years old and above
- Not exceeding the retirement age at the end of the payment period
- Brunei citizen and permanent residents
- Employees of Brunei Government and recognized Private sectors

- Max up to 6 years
Financing Amount
- Up to 18 times of net monthly income

Basic Documentation Requirement
- A completed Personal Financing Application form
- Valid Identification Card
- Original copy of applicant’s latest three (3) months’ salary slips
- Employment confirmation letter
- Bank statements for the last 3 months (for salary with other financial institutions)
- Latest certificate of balance and/or latest clearance letter (for salary with other financial institutions)
- Assign salary to TAIB
