Thanksgiving Ceremony for newborn babies

It was proud moment for Perbadanan TAIB as 26 proud mothers gave birth on Thursday, 29th September 2011 coinciding with TAIB’s 20th anniversary.
As many as 21 babies were born in RIPAS
Hospital, 3 babies in Jerudong Park Medical
Centre (JPMC) and 2 babies in Suri Seri Begawan
Hospital, Kuala Belait. All the babies received
a contribution of an Akaun Si Manja, coin bank
and hamper from TAIB as a commemoration of the
institution’s 20th anniversary. No births were
recorded at the Pengiran Muda Mahkota Pengiran
Muda Hj Al-Muhtadee Billah Hospital in Tutong
and Temburong Hospital in Bangar.
A thanksgiving ceremony was held at RIPAS
hospital. Present as the guest of honour was
Yang Mulia, Datin Hjh Alimah binti Mohd Taib,
wife of the Minister of Religious Affairs cum
the Adviser for Perbadanan TAIB. Special guests
included Yang Mulia Datin Hjh Hasiah binti POKPS
Dato Paduka Hj Hashim, wife of the Minister of
Communications cum the chairman for Perbadanan
TAIB and Yang Mulia, Dyg Hjh Salina binti Hj Abd
Hamid, wife of the Managing Director of
Perbadanan TAIB. Other guests included the
management and staff from Ministry of Health,
Perbadanan TAIB, Insurans Islam TAIB Sdn Bhd and
Darussalam Holdings Sdn Bhd.
The Surah Al-Fatihah was read, followed by the
presentation of the contributions from
Perbadanan TAIB by the Guest of Honour. |
