TAIB held its 4th Financial Talk

Perbadanan TAIB
held its 4th Financial Talk at the Grand
Ballroom, level 5 Kiulap Plaza Hotel, Kiulap as
a continuous programme from the previous talk
held last September, July and May.
The talks were presented by invited speakers and
includes the topics on “Bijak Merancang
Impian Tercapai” by Hjh Siti Suhaila DP
Hj Abdul Kani, CFP Royal Bank of Canada,
Brunei branch, “The Benefits Of
Multi-Management Strategy In Current Market
Condition” by Robert-Erich Polsterer
from Credit Agricole Asset Management and “Real
Estate And The Best Opportunities Today” by
Rakesh Patnaik from Global Investment
House.
The 4th Financial Talk aimed to continuously
educate the public on financial planning and the
availability of other types of investment
instruments other than saving option or ‘Time
Deposit’. The talk also helps the public to
increase awareness and understanding on
different types of investment products and
avenues. With this it enables the audience to
understand of what investment is all about and
the balance of risk and reward in investment.
Similar to the other talks held by TAIB, it also
includes the current market outlook which gives
the audience awareness on the volatility and
market pattern. In addition to that, the
audience was also given better guidelines to
safeguard them against misleading information
about investment.
There was an overwhelming attendees during the
talk including loyal customers of Perbadanan
TAIB which was opened on a ‘First Come First
Serve Basis’ and also invited officials and
students from the government, private sectors
and higher learning institutions.
This will be the last series of the talk for
2008 and Perbadanan TAIB might held such talk in
the future as part of TAIB’s annual activity and
will notify to the public accordingly.
